dawnbiopicDawn Mateo - MOPS Co-Coordinator & Publicity Team Leader
I grew up in Palm Springs for the most part after being a Navy Brat for the first 9 years of my life. My husband and I began dating in 1996 and were married in April 2000. We welcomed our first child, Mason in April 2004 and our lives were blessed again with our daughter Madison in August 2006. I am currently working at Village Church as the Office Administrator and Village Preschool doing Documentation and Media. Prior to becoming a mommy, I worked as a Marketing Assistant for a home warranty company. I have an A.S. in Graphic Design and a B.S. in Visual Communications. I enjoy scrapbooking, taking pictures of my family, baking and spending time with family and friends. My secret guilty pleasure is karaoke, although I pretty much only do it in a small setting, I'm not brave enough to do it out in public. I am so grateful that God opened the door for me to use my talents to help bring mothers together with other mothers and to help spread his word.
